## Free Plan

The Free plan requires no payment and is not subject to refunds.

## Paid Plans (Pro & Business)

We want you to be satisfied with Mengram. Here is our refund policy for paid subscriptions:

## 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your paid plan, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial subscription purchase. No questions asked.

## After 14 Days

- Subscriptions are billed monthly and can be canceled at any time
- When you cancel, you retain access until the end of the current billing period
- No partial refunds are provided for unused time within a billing period
- No refunds are provided after the 14-day guarantee period

## How to Request a Refund

- Email [the.baizhanov@gmail.com](mailto:the.baizhanov@gmail.com) with your account email and reason for the refund
- Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days back to your original payment method

## How to Cancel

- Use the "Manage Subscription" button in your [dashboard](/content/dashboard/index.html)
- Or email [the.baizhanov@gmail.com](mailto:the.baizhanov@gmail.com) and we will cancel for you

## Exceptions

We reserve the right to deny refunds in cases of abuse, Terms of Service violations, or fraudulent activity.
